We have in-house capabilities to measure Torque, Hardness, Coating Thickness, and have partners that can offer the full TS17025 testing facilities for material composition, fischer-scope, salt spray, and all other relevant tests that any component may require right through to a full destructive 3.1.A certificate.
We understand the need to provide a first class testing facility and full traceability so we have achieved this in levels and now can supply to the aerospace criteria without issue.
It is important to assess the application in all cases to ensure that any offered substitute part is suitable. If BF Component Solutions Ltd is involved at the design stage we can generally suggest a carry over part or an available standard where effective. If a standard part is not applicable BF Component Solutions Ltd has the experience and capabilities to help our customers design the most cost effective solution.
