A Kanban system is a scheme that was created in the 17th century by the Japanese and is still widely used today to improve communication within a company. In particular a Kanban system is usually in place to aid the smooth running of a JIT system or 'just-in-time' and it is one of the many systems used by BF CS Ltd to keep orders and service on track.
As part of the Kanban system action plans are kept updated on a central board that can be viewed and accessed by anyone.
